TIME TO SAY GOODBYE | MOOTHI ESTATE CLOSING IN 2024

It is with a heavy heart that we formally announce that Moothi Estate will be closing this year. For almost 30 years, we’ve put our hearts & souls into the business, but health issues and the need to be closer to family have led to the difficult decision to close.

This decision does not come lightly – we are indebted to our amazing customers, our phenomenal staff, our suppliers and winemakers, and the incredible community support.

It’s important to note that while the property will be for sale, the Moothi brand will forever be ours.

Our wish is that someone will bring their own unique business nuance to this amazing property and thrive – just like we did.

We have no formal closure date (it will be later this year) but opening hours will change shortly.

We send so much love to everyone and so many, many thanks – there are too many individuals to list, but at some stage before we leave, we will organise an absolute ‘knees-up’.
