Verjuice means ‘green juice’ and it is a term used specifically to refer to unfermented juice made from unripe grapes, in this case Semillon grapes. Use this acidic yet sweet, zero-alcohol wine in place of white wine or lemon juice in cooking or create vibrant and refreshing mocktails when mixed with soda water.
